Pengaruh Kompensasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMAN Negeri 6 Banda Aceh
Abstract
This research aims to mendeskriptifkan, analyze and determine the most dominant effect of compensation, work discipline on teacher performance at SMAN 6 Banda Aceh. total sample 40 respondents obtained through sampling methods. Data collection techniques with survey method and questionnaire tools. Data analysis was performed with the test of validity, reliability, descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The processing of data using SPSS software applications Version 21:00. The results showed that Compensation and Work Discipline significantly influence performance. discipline is the most dominant variable that influence on peformances. From these results, there are some things that can be recommended in order to improve the performance of teachers, which is the principle of fairness in awarding compensation, directly or indirectly, Comply and uphold the rules and regulations, and agreed on in schools to improve work discipline teachers.
