ANALISIS RISIKO RANTAI PASOK SUKU CADANG PABRIK PADA PT. PUPUK ISKANDAR MUDA DENGAN PENDEKATAN HOUSE OF RISK

Dalam menjaga kinerja pabrik pupuk salah satunya dibutuhkan ketersediaan suku cadang. Sehingga proses pengadaan suku cadang yang dijalankan perusahaan haruslah efektif dan efesien. Kompleksitas aktifitas supply chain proses pengadaan suku cadang yang melibatkan banyak pihak dan ketidak-pastian yang terjadi dalam perubahan secara berkala yang sangat cepat tidak menutup kemungkinan timbulnya kejadian risiko yang berdampak negatif dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan kejadian risiko, agen risiko dan aksi mitigasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah House of Risk (HOR) untuk mendapatkan kejadian risiko, agen risiko dan merancang aksi mitigasi untuk agen risiko prioritas berdasarkan nilai Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) yang dapat menekan munculnya agen risiko. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh 25 kejadian risiko dan 25 agen risiko. Agen risiko prioritas berdasarkan nilai ARP tertinggi sebanyak 8 agen risiko yang memberikan dampak 81,88% munculnya kejadian risiko. Terdapat 10 aksi mitigasi risko yang dapat menekan munculnya agen risiko dalam rantai pasok proses pengadaan suku cadang.References
