USULAN PENINGKATAN EFEKTIVITAS MESIN MENGGUNAKAN METODE OVERALL EQUIPMENT EFFECTIVENESS (OEE) DAN FAULT TREE ANALYSIS (FTA) PADA MESIN MOULDING PT. TFM

Mesin moulding ialah mesin yang dipakai untuk membentuk permukaan kayu di PT. TFM yang memiliki frekuensi kendala yang tinggi mengakibatkan adanya downtime menjadikan proses produksi menjadi tidak efektif karena adanya penurunan produktivitas. Berdasarkan masalah yang ada, maka perlu adanya pengukuran efektivitas mesin untuk mengetahui penyebab dan kemudian diusulkan perbaikan. Pengukuran yang digunakan ialah dengan metode overall equipment effectiveness OEE dan fault tree analysis FTA serta mengetahui nilai dari six big losses. Hasil dalam penelitian ini diperoleh nilai rata-rata OEE 82% yang masih dibawah standar global yaitu 85%. Losses yang paling berpengaruh terdapat pada reduced speed losses dengan presentase rata-rata 10,8% dan total nilai presentase 64,8%, total time losses 6.315 menit dengan rata-rata 1.053 menit. Idling and minor stoppage losses nilai presentase rata-rata 4,8% dengan total presentase 29,0%, total time losses 2.453 menit dengan rata-rata 409 menit. Process defect losses nilai presentase rata-rata 2,6% dengan total presentase 15,8%, total time losses 1.532 menit dengan rata-rata 255 menit. Penyebab kurangnya nilai efektivitas dipengaruhi oleh faktor mesin, manusia, dan material.References
