Abstract

Sistem kerja yang ergonomis merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang harus diperhatikan oleh
perusahaan, khususnya pada saat melakukan sortasi biji kopi. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
menganalisis sistem kerja sortasi biji kopi dengan menggunakan pendekatan ergonomi. Langkah – langkah
yang dilakukan adalah dengan pengambilan data postur kerja dan data antropometri tubuh pekerja. Data yang
diperlukan adalah data postur kerja, dan data antropometri yang diperlukan adalah data tinggi bahu duduk,
tinggi siku duduk, tinggi popliteal, pantat popliteal, jangkauan tangan, lebar pinggul, lebar bahu, dan
rentangan tangan, data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh tinggi nahu 62.82 cm, tinggi popliteal 42.72 cm,
pantat popliteal 40.79 cm, lebar pinggul 37.58 cm, lebar bahu 45.85 cm, tinggi siku duduk 67.20 cm, jangkaun
jauh 174.60 cm.
