Analisis Kebutuhan Jumlah Tenaga Kerja Berdasarkan Metode Work Load Analysis Dan Work Force Analysis

UD. Bungong Rauza merupakan salah satu industri souvenir bordiran tas Aceh yang berlokasi di Desa Ule Madon, Kec. Muara Batu, Kab. Aceh Utara. Jumlah tenaga kerja 25 orang dengan permintaan atas produk 700 perbulan. Penelitan bertujuan untuk menetukan jumlah tenaga yang optimal menggunakan metode Work Load Analysis dan Work Force Analysis. Work Load Analysis digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah tenaga kerja berdasarkan jumlah jam kerja yang dibutuhkan pekerja untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaannya. Metode Work Force Analysis digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah tenaga kerja dengan mempertimbangkan tingkat absensi dan perputaran kerja karyawan. Hasil WLA menunjukkan tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan adalah 24 orang dengan jumlah karyawan sekarang 25 orang. Hasil metode WFA menunjukkan perlu adanya penambahan tenaga kerja sebanak 3 orang. Berdasarkan perhitungan WLA dan WFA perlu adanya perubahan tenaga kerja di setiap stasiun kerja, di bagian pembuatan pola perlu penambahan 5 orang tenaga kerja, di bagian membordir diatas pola perlu penambahan 3 orang tenaga kerja, bagian melapisi hasil bordiran penambahan tenaga kerja 1 orang, bagian merangkai menjadi bentuk tas perlu pengurangan jumlah tenaga kerja sebanyak 6 orang.
