PENINGKATAN EFEKTIVITAS MESIN MENGGUNAKAN OVERALL EQUIPMENT EFFECTIVENESS (OEE) DAN FAULT TREE ANALYSIS (FTA) (STUDI KASUS: MESIN ROLL FORMING DI MEGA BAJA, SURABAYA)

Mesin roll forming merupakan mesin yang di pakai untuk pembengkokan roll dari bahan baja di Mega Baja, Surabaya yang memiliki frekuensi kendala yang tinggi sehingga mengakibatkan adanya downtime pada proses produksi sehingga menjadi tidak efektif karena adanya penurunan produktivitas. Berdasarkan masalah yang ada, maka perlu adanya pengukuran efektivitas mesin untuk mengetahui penyebab dan kemudian dirumuskan menjadi usulan perbaikan. Pengukuran yang digunakan ialah dengan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness OEE dan Fault Tree Analysis FTA serta mencari tahu nilai dari six big losses. Dalam hasil penelitian ini diperoleh nilai rata-rata OEE sebesar 61,77% yang masih di bawah standar global yaitu 85%. Losses yang paling berpengaruh terdapat pada reduced speed losses dengan presentase rata-rata 33,20% dan total nilai presentase 199,19%, total time losses 19.460,88 menit dengan rata-rata 3.243,48 menit. Idling and minor stoppage losses nilai presentase rata-rata 4,88% dengan total presentase 29,26%, total time losses 2.820,38 menit dengan rata-rata 470,06 menit. Process defect losses nilai presentase rata-rata 2,03% dengan total presentase 12,16%, total time losses 1.180,70 menit dengan rata-rata 196,78 menit. Penyebab kurangnya nilai efektivitas dipengaruhi oleh faktor mesin, manusia, dan material.Downloads
