Abstract

Penelitian sebelumnya telah memberikan wawasan berharga tentang bagaimana dan mengapa karyawan membuat keputusan tentang adopsi dan penggunaan teknologi informasi (TI) di tempat kerja. Dari sudut pandang organisasi, bagaimanapun, masalah yang lebih penting adalah bagaimana manajer membuat keputusan tentang intervensi yang dapat menyebabkan penerimaan yang lebih besar dan pemanfaatan TI yang efektif. Ada penelitian terbatas dalam literatur implementasi TI yang berhubungan dengan peran intervensi untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan manajerial tersebut. Khususnya, ada kebutuhan untuk memahami bagaimana berbagai intervensi dapat mempengaruhi determinan adopsi dan penggunaan TI yang diketahui. Untuk mengatasi kesenjangan dalam literatur ini, kami mengambil dari banyak penelitian tentang model penerimaan teknologi (TAM), khususnya pekerjaan pada faktor penentu kegunaan yang dirasakan dan kemudahan penggunaan yang dirasakan, dan: (i) mengembangkan jaringan nomologis yang komprehensif (model terintegrasi) dari faktor-faktor penentu adopsi dan penggunaan tingkat individu (TI); (ii) menguji secara empiris model terintegrasi yang diusulkan; dan (iii) menyajikan agenda penelitian yang berfokus pada potensi intervensi sebelum dan sesudah implementasi yang dapat meningkatkan adopsi dan penggunaan TI oleh nasabah. Temuan dan agenda penelitian kami memiliki implikasi penting untuk pengambilan keputusan manajerial pada implementasi TI dalam organisasi.
