Determinan Kinerja Karyawan dan Peranan Moderasi Gen-Z

Studi ini dilakukan untuk mengekplorasi peranan moderasi Gen-Z pada dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh adanya kepemimpinan dan budaya yang dimiliki organisasi pada kinerja karyawan PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, CDC Regional II. Dari 1.130 total karyawan, maka dipilihlah 358 di antaranya melalui teknik slovin dan dianalisis dengan SEM AMOS pada data purposive random sampling. Adapun pembuktikan secara verifikatif, dengan semakin baiknya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi yang sesuai perusahaan, maka akan semakin membantu meningkatkan kinerja yang dapat diberikan para karyawan. Kemudian, gen-z terbukti memperkuat dengan peranannya sebagai pemoderasi pada hubungan yang terbentuk antara variabel independen terhadap dependennya.
