Analisis Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Peningkatan Pendapatan Wirausaha Sektor Pariwisata Di Kota Lhokseumawe
Abstract
This study aims to determine the impact of the service quality of tourism entrepreneurs on income by using the service quality method, namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. Sampel size is 96 respondents and analyzed using multiple regression  The results of the study indicate that the quality of services provided by entrepreneurs in the tourism sector simultaneously has an effect on increasing the income of entrepreneurs.
