Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Loyalitas Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (BPKD) Kota Lhokseumawe
Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the Effect of Job Satisfaction and Job Loyalty on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) of Lhokseumawe City. The data used in this study were primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 73 respondents. The sample in this study were 73 respondents who were selected using the Census sampling method. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and the classical assumption test. The number of respondents used in the study amounted to 73 respondents. Partially job satisfaction had a significant effect on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) of Lhokseumawe City, Job loyalty significantly influenced the Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) of Lhokseumawe city. Simultaneously, job satisfaction and work loyalty significantly influence the Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) of Lhokseumawe.
