Pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja pada PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Panton Labu KAbupaten Aceh Utara

Abstract

The aim of this research was to analyze the influence of occupational health and safety toward performance of employees at  PT. PLN Panton Labu area either partially or simultaneously.  The data used in this research were primary data and the result of distributing questionnaires to 42 employees. The result of the research found that the occupational healt and safety influence toward performance either partially or simultaneously.
