Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Reward Dan Punishment Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya

Abstract


he purpose of this research is to examine leadership, reward and punishment on employee performance at the Southwest Aceh Agriculture Service. The method used is quantitative with data collection techniques using questionnaires. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses the product moment correlation formula. This research is population research, where all members of the population are the research sample. From the results of data processing it was obtained: there is a low influence between leadership on employee performance. There is a fairly strong influence between rewards and employee performance. There is a low influence between punishments on employee performance. There is a very strong influence between reward and punishment leadership simultaneously on employee performance at the Southwest Aceh District Agriculture Service. From the results of proving the hypothesis, it is obtained that the Fcount reward is greater than Ftable, so Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership, reward and punishment simultaneously on employee performance at the Southwest Aceh District Agriculture Service.
