Abstract


This study aims to see how the management of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) service programs in improving people's welfare at PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Lhokseumawe. CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is a business commitment to contribute to sustainable economic development, working with company employees, employees' families, along with the local community (local) and society as a whole to improve the quality of life. The impact felt by the company by implementing CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) can create a harmonious relationship between the community and the company. Meanwhile, the impact felt by the community regarding the implementation of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) assistance, the community felt helped by the activities carried out by the Lhokseumawe Branch Aceh Syariah Bank.
