Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Reward Dan Punishment Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya

Abstract


: The purpose of this study was to examine leadership, reward, and punishment on the performance of employees at the Aceh Barat Daya Agriculture Service. The method used is quantitative with data collection techniques using questionnaires. While the data analysis technique uses the product moment correlation formula. This research is a population study, in which all members of the population become the research sample. From the results of data processing obtained: there is a low influence between leadership on employee performance. There is a fairly strong influence between rewards on employee performance. There is a low influence between punishment on employee performance. There is a very strong influence between reward and punishment leadership simultaneously on employee performance in the Agriculture Office of Southwest Aceh District. From the results of proving the hypothesis, it is obtained that the reward Fcount is greater than Ftable, so Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership, reward, and punishment simultaneously on employee performance at the Agriculture Service Office of Aceh Barat Daya District.
