PENGARUH PELATIHAN MARKETING STRATEGY AND CONSULTATIVE SELLING TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DEPARTEMEN PEMASARAN DI PT PUPUK ISKANDAR MUDA

PT PUPUK ISKANDAR MUDA dalam meningkatkan kualitas kinerja dari karyawan di departemen pemasaran melakukan pelatihan Marketing Strategy and Consultative Selling. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan adanya   pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial antara pelatihan kerja yang terdiri dari variabel pelatihan (X1), instruktur pelatihan (X2), dan penyelenggaraan (X3),  terhadap evaluasi kinerja karyawan (Y) PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda.Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 20 karyawan. Hasil pengujian secara simultan variabel pelatihan, instruktur pelatihan dan penyelenggaraan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel evaluasi kinerja karyawan yang dibuktikan  berdasarkan  hasil  uji  simultan  dengan  nilai  signifikansi  Fhitung > FTabel  (0.41 > 0.32) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda. Hasil pengujian secara parsial variabel pelatihan (X1), instruktur pelatihan (X2), dan penyelenggaraan (X3),  berpengaruh signifikan  terhadap  variabel  evaluasi kinerja karyawan (Y)  yang  dibuktikan dengan nilai Thitung < Ftabel (-0.924 < 1.729) dan probabilitas (0.369 < 0.05), maka dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel pelatihan (X1), instruktur pelatihan (X1), dan penyelenggaraan (X3) berhubungn signifikan terhadap variabel evaluasi kinerja.References
